Program keeps crashing
Hello,
I have version 6.0, The program keeps crashing, and I purchased the license on June 3, 2018.
I have a key.
Also, in my receipt it states there are 0 of 3 activations left.
Can you please help?

You have 0 activations left You can reset the activation count on your license key when you run out of activations. You never run out of activations.

Hello,
The program will open to the camera for about 4-5 seconds, then the whole
program will shut down.
I downloaded version 7.0 successfully. But I inputted my key, and a screen
popped up stating that I had an improper key/invalid key.
Please help.

You have a Sparkbooth 6 license key which will only activate Sparkbooth 6,
which you can download at http://sparkbooth.com/download-archive
Your license key will not activate the current version 7 unless you upgrade
the license key. If you want to upgrade, go to http://sparkbooth.com/upgrade
As for the shutdown, send your log by holding down shift-ctrl-9 from
Sparkbooth's main screen?

Hello,
Sparkbooth will not stay on long enough for a page to download.
It boots up, then shuts down in 4 seconds. No screen shows up.

Try resetting the settings back to default. See
