URGENT - Need activations removed
Hi there,
As per email sent the other day, we have a license (for the above email) and it was activated on a number of PCs which have long since been thrown out. We need to install this URGENTLY for use tomorrow and need the activations removed, so we can activate the license ASAP. Not sure if we need to revert to the version of the software from 2019 - please can you advise asap?

I can set the remaining activations to 0 so next time you activated an
install, you can reset the license. See

You have a version 6 license, which will not activate the current version

I had 3 licences that I bought in 2021 and I bought 3 new DSL licences with Paypal paiment this morning for new installations. I did'nt receive the numbers of my new licences and I have a performance in one hour!!!
Can you send me my new licences?

you have 1 license a premium 6 that you bought in Dec 01, 2019, 09:35 PM you still have 2 activations left on that license.

YOU have ONE license that has Three Activations
If you recently purchased a new license and used the wrong email
that license would be sent to the wrong email.
John will review recent purchases and find out if that happened
and he will correct the email and send you your new license.
