Lost Sparkbooth 6 Account
Hi, my name is Fernando Santos. from the IT department, and I work at the company 2A1 scenography, and we use Sparkbooth in our events, but currently after a Formatting on one of our machines, the account was simply logged out and we don't remember the email, please, I would like your help so that you can provide me with the email registered on your website so that I can access our account and use the App, I need it urgently because we have an event for tomorrow and I need to access the app and configure our layout, please if you can help I will be grateful!

We are only connected by the email that was registered
for the software license when it was purchased.
Do you know of who my have purchased the software and
what their email was? I can then search our records.

Google changed their authentication. There is an update for this in 7.1

And google authentication code were fixed for version 7 you have version 6 you are going to have to upgrade the license in order for it to work

Good Morning Friend, I understand you, but I bought your license in
Version 6, but don't you think it would be wrong to charge a license for
an upgrade that I already paid for? If this is the case I prefer to
continue in version 6, but I will need your support to fix my problem

I understand my friend, but we always used Version 6 and never had a
problem, now out of nowhere it stops ? do you understand me? We really
like your program and we will always use it, but if I can't solve it,
what will I do?
I need to ask some questions with you ....
1. Is your License Key the same key for 3 computers, or are there 3
different keys for each computer?
2. Is it possible to make our key work in Version 7 of the Software, so
that we can use it in our work, please?

The problem is Google changed their authentication and
the ONLY FIX is to Upgrade to the current 7.0 version.
Older versions do not get updates and fixes.
Sparkbooth did not cause this problem, Google did
and only the current version 7.0 / 7.1 receives fixes / Update
to correct issues that are caused out side on the internet.
If you need to correct your older version of the software
you will need to Upgrade to the current version.

I understand you perfectly Joe! But the right thing would be for me to
just update the Software, but to pay for an update of something that was
already purchased? don't you update the key to be able to use the latest
version? Skip my Version 6 for the New one which would be 7? Without me
having to pay any additional fees?

Look, Sparkbooth version 7.0 has been available
for almost 2 years now and the internet is changing every week.
When there is a change in the internet that effects software,
the CURRENT software version is changed to fix what was causing the issue.
Older versions of software do not get Updates or fixes.
This is how all software works.
If you are using an older version of the software and
this issue that Google has caused effects your use of the software,
you have one solution - Upgrade your Sparkbooth software to
the current version that is not effected by what Google has done.

Yes Joe, but to upgrade you are asking to buy, don't you understand?
can't you just upgrade the program? because I already paid for the
software before, so if you upgraded, wouldn't the license work on the
new version too?

Yes you paid for version 6 it takes a lot of money and time to create a new version which is version 7 you can keep using version 6 for as long as you want but we don't have control over what google does that affects our software you purchase your software back in 2018 that's 4 years ago, lots have changed since then. and that is the google authentication certificate. bottom line if you want version 7 you need to upgrade and a discount.
