If using a PC computer you need to make sure
that the PRINTER is installed and appears in the
Control Panel > Devices and Printers folder where
all the Printers will be seen by any software to use and connect to.
(see attached)

I do not use a MAC but it should be the same set up
where all the installed Printers are located...

If it is NOT THERE you need to connect the Printer
to the computer with it TURNED ON and the computer
will then see it and install the printer.
You might need to check that the Printer Driver is up to date
from the Printer Mfg. web site for your model printer.

NOTE: always use the same USB Port when connecting the printer
to the computer, because when you use a different port,
the computer will install it again and add a 2 (3 - 4 - etc, each time
a different USB port is used) to the name of the printer in the
Devises and printer folder - thie will cause the Sparkbooth software
to be looking for the Original printer name you selected (without the added number) but the computer has now changed it...

Joe Connell
