Problemas com a Atualização

Boa tarde, meu software pediu para atualizar, iniciei a atualização ele excluiu a versão instalada e deu erro ao tentar instalar novamente, e não consegui instalar novamente.

Good afternoon, my software asked to update, I started the update it deleted the installed version and it gave an error when trying to install again, and I couldn't install it again. Need help!

   I suggest you do a NEW install of the software.
   Sounds like you had a bad connection when you did the Update.

   What version of the software do you have?
   So I can give you a link to download the Update and
   install from your computer...

   Download it to your computer and install it
   to replace the bad one that did not instll properly
