No Trial Period
I downloaded the app and it did not offer me a trial period, is there a step I am missing to make this work?

Hello Erin,
It is possible the software was downloaded before
and the 30 day Trial has expired....
NO WORRIES you can get another 30 days Free Trial
by createing a New User on your computer and log in
with that user account, the software will give you another
30 days to TEST the software in Trial mode.
NOTE: Remember, when using the Trial mode,
all photos will have a WaterMark that can never be
removed and you should never use the software
for any event(s) when in Trial mode.

NO, there is no Signing in...
Just create a New User for your computer and
Log In with the New User on the computer.
The software will then give you an additional 30 days to TEST the software.

Okay I did that and the app still has no trial period.

You may not have done that correctly...
When you ADD a New User Account to your computer
and log in using that NEW Users Account
the software will see it is a New user and
give you another 30 days of Trial use.

Are you connected to the internet when starting Sparkbooth? If you are on
Windows 7, you may need to update Windows to recognize the new security
certificate format. See

I have a Mac computer, and I am connected to the Wi-Fi. I have tried this multiple times and none of the suggested methods are working.

Did you download the latest version of Sparkbooth? It is at version 7 which
