Hello!
I have been having a lot of issues with connecting my camera lately. And today it would not work at all. I replaced all the cords and tried on several computers and couldn’t get my camera to connect.
I was wondering if maybe i need to buy updates? I haven’t upgraded with you in a long time so i thought maybe that could be the issue I am having. Are you able to see if I need upgrades?

You have a Sparkbooth DSLR 5 that you Upgraded to on Oct 04, 2017,
the current version is 7.0 with a lot of new features.
