someone (yourself) it only is received as about 1/2 of the photo as
your example shows???</p>
<p>I would think it was caused by your email program or just an
internet quirk. Because if the full image is OK it should be
received as what you sent.<br>
That would have nothing to do with the SB program.</p>
<p>Can you try to send one to my email and see if I too only get
1/2 ?<br>
My email is <a href=
"mailto:ccuvideo@gmail.com">ccuvideo@gmail.com</a> - I will reply
back with an example of what I received...</p>

correct. When the kiosk program loads the picture, it only loads
half of it. I have 2 laptops, one runs the photo booth software and
the other runs the kiosk program. The problem isn't with my photo
booth computer, its when the kiosk program loads the picture that
it only does half. The kiosk program is the problem, I tried not
caching the photos but got the same result. About 20% of the photos
are not downloading into the kiosk program.</p></div>soccer3564tag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/270953652013-05-31T13:25:00Z2013-05-31T13:25:00Zpictures are showing only half of photo<div><p>Here is the picture as it was done from my photo booth

I suspect WiFi, not hard wired... IMO that would be an
interferance<br>
in the WiFi signals that is causing the interruption during the
sending<br>
of some of the images from the main SB photobooth computer to
your<br>
Photo Kiosk computer...</p>
<p>I have not set up my Kiosk station as of yet due to I think the
best connection<br>
would be hard wired with a proper Crossover cable. This would
prevent any<br>
signal interferance with a WiFi type set up.</p>
<p>John may have additional information/suggestions/questions for
you<br>
that may help solve this ... let me know if it is WiFi<br>
Thanks, and I hope I helped you even just a little</p>

Your last attachment was the Original print from the<br>
photo booth computer... tell me you ONLY changed the<br>
name of your image(s) AFTER the event (I do that too)<br>
Because the name would have been the same as the<br>
1st attachment to compare them.</p></div>Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/270953652013-05-31T14:40:21Z2013-05-31T14:40:21Zpictures are showing only half of photo<div><p>Both computers are connected to a hotspot, If they are hard
wired, i wouldn't be able to use the facebook/twitter/email
function of the kiosk program. I am using a program called
hotfolder prints that takes my original photo and then ads an
overlay and saves it in a separate folder with my prints. This way,
the kiosk program can monitor one folder and display all the
pictures. I have used a crossover cable to connect the computers in
the past, but i cant have it connected that way if I want to allow
people to upload their pictures at the event.</p>
<p>Right now, the kiosk computer monitors a folder on the other
computer, what I will try is to use a program like file move light
to copy the files to the kiosk computer before displaying them in
the software. I will try this at home and let you know how it
works.</p></div>soccer3564tag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/270953652013-05-31T14:41:43Z2013-05-31T14:41:43Zpictures are showing only half of photo<div><p>This is what the picture looks like after Hotfolder prints ads

Personnally I have 8gb of ram on our systems in order<br>
to stay ahead of the Not Enough Ram syndrum...</p>
<p>Computer programs suck up the ram to work properly<br>
and when there are multiple programs involved,<br>
(Sparkbooth, Kiosk, hotfolder prints, file move light)<br>
I expect they are all fighting over the 3-4GB of ram you have.<br>
That is my thought... John??</p></div>Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/270953652013-05-31T15:59:14Z2013-05-31T15:59:14Zpictures are showing only half of photo<div><p>Can you export your settings and email it to <a href=

fine, it is only in the kiosk program that it is cut off. All the
files on the photo booth computer are perfect. I can only duplicate
this problem when I am at events. I took one of the pictures that
was cut off and had SB kiosk email it to me. Attached is what I
got.</p></div>soccer3564tag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/270953652013-05-31T20:21:14Z2013-05-31T20:21:14Zpictures are showing only half of photo<div><p>So it file itself is cut off. What is probably happening is when
the file<br>
is being cached there is a network issue interrupting the file
transfer so<br>
you end up with an incomplete file. I will need to make a fix to
try to<br>
cache the file again, when that happens.</p></div>Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/270953652013-05-31T20:46:01Z2013-05-31T20:46:01Zpictures are showing only half of photo<div><p>I will let you know when I have a fix.</p></div>Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/270953652013-06-04T23:00:03Z2013-06-04T23:00:03Zpictures are showing only half of photo<div><p>Could you please give this a try and let know if it resolves the
