A few pre-sales questions

We're interested in PhotoboothDSL/Photo Kiosk to operate in a number of different configurations. In one, we need it mainly as a kiosk sales tool where the photos will be captured and cropped with different software and put into a kiosk-accessible directory.
1: can the photos be categorized (i.e. by team, by heat, by time, etc.) perhaps by placing into subdirectories?
2. How are sales reported? Ideal would be to queue printing and generate a sale number. Once the sale was completed the attendant could authorize the print.
3. Is there a limit to the number of kiosks that can run? Does the 3 activation license only allow 3 kiosks, or is that 3 main installations with as many kiosks as needed?

Sparkbooth Photo Kiosk does NOT allow you to crop the photos, categorize into
subdirectories, or do sales reports. It just allows you to browse a folder
of photos, print, and share on social media.
The Premium and DSLR licenses allow up to 3 activated installs at the same
    time.
