Why won't printer cut 6x2 strips?

I have followed the tutorial for enabling the 2" cuts on my Fotolusio DS RX1. However, the print comes out with a full white strip and a white section on the photo strip. Bad cell phone photo for reference. (Sorry for poor quality. Setting this up in a dark barn where a party will take place!)

I've also printed out a test print and displayed in the image so you can see how it's cutting. I think I may need to make some adjustments but I don't know if I do that in Sparkbooth, Windows 10 or in Fotolusio settings.

Thanks for any help. After several hours of struggling and blowing through a ton of paper and ribbon, I still can't figure it out.

#1. Turn off cutting in your printer settings
#2. Run a test print like top photo above
#3. Scan that print with a scanner and attach it here

This is a booth I sold to a friend. She purchased Sparkbooth and I'm
attempting to set it up for her.

The booth is being setup about an hour away from me. I spent all day with
it there, hoping to get it set up for my friend so I didn't have to go
back, but that didn't work. My last and only problem is the way it's
cutting. I don't have internet access there. However, I have a copy of
Sparkbooth on my computer here, so if I need to reference any settings, I
can do so without being at the booth.

    The printer is cutting.

The test print looks exactly like the pictured one, only without a cut down
the middle. After setting it to cut 2" strips, the printer automatically
cuts everything coming out of it in those 2" strips.
Is there something you can tell me about why we need another test print so
I can try to answer the question without the two hour round trip drive?

I went into Sparkbooth and told it to make two prints, thinking that might
have helped. But instead of printing two photo strips, it prints two sheets
like the one pictured. A strip with white space, plus a white 2" strip.
Then it does the same again, for the second print.

    Thanks for any help!

#1) The layout you used is a single strip layout and that will not works for a double strip to be cut in half.

#2) to set it up correctly you need to start with the margins all set to 0 and do a TEST print and attach it here and we can provide you margin adjustments to get it set correctly.

#3) you must be on the computer that is connected to the printer to set up the margins correctly.

I'm sending photos of various windows so hopefully you can see all the
    settings I have in place.

I untoggled the 2" cut so I could get the test print to print without being
cut in half. If you need it actually scanned, let me know. Thanks so so
    much!

Make sure to enabled "Center layout on page" in your Sparkbooth printing
settings, and then use these margins: top = 0, left = 3, right = 12, and
bottom = 12 to do another test print and include a scan of the test print
    here.
