ello, I would like to know how do I put the view of the photo frame when taking the photo, for the customer to see and position himself

In Photo Booth Mode, the window is the Frame
of the photos that the guest/users position themselves
in to be in the photo.
With Mirror Mode, you can have a window (frame)
before the session begins where you set the amount of time it is on screen.
In Mirrir Booth settings select Guest Selection and
check the Ready Screen, set the amount of time
to be displayed and the window will appear when the session begins.
Allowing the guest/user to Get into the frame.

You need to send a Request Support for the Settings > About page that will provide us with information on your system and setup. Then we can review and see what is not set correctly and advise you on what you can do to correct it.
