Não estou conseguindo desbloquear, ao colocar imail e chave de rede me informa que não foi possivel

    Boa tarde
    Ao atualizar o app me deu opção de abrir 9x e assim que acabasse teria que ativar novamente, só que o app não está mais me deixando ativar, está brindo essas caixas de dialogo e não consigo ter acesso

    It appears you never have this computer connected to
    the internet and periodically the software must check
    to make sure your license has not been compromised / hacked by someone.
    You should periodically connect this computer to the internet
    before opening the Sparkbooth software.

    You need to Unlock the software using your License key
    (I just sent you your license key information) and
    IF it says you have used all your Activation's,
    click the RESET and get them all back.

    Ao criar as artes eu logo na internet, isso aconteceu apos app informar que tinha uma nova versão, ao atualizar aconteceu isso

    Essa opção eu já li varia vezes, já desinstalei o app 3x e as mensagens são as mesma, estou com internet ativa e nada, não tenho a opção de reset

    YOU HAVE a Sparkbooth Premium 5 Version not a 3.0
    make sure you have downloaded the 5.0 version from the Download page on the web site. You will need to scroll down to see the older versions
    This is the one you need - see attached

    Já baxei o 4, 5 e o mais recente, não sei o que fazer, como te falei o app informou que tinha uma atualização e assim que baxei a nova atualização eu perdi o acesso

    I told you that you have a 5.0 License and
    that is the one you need to be using.

    When you download the 5.0 version NOW,
    it will replace any 5.0 version you downloaded before
    and it be the Updated version you need.

    Jovem eu estou na mesma versão que sempre trabalhei que é a 5, baixei outras versões apenas para testar, mais a minha licença é do 5

    I can only help you if you listen and do what I say...

    You have an OLD 5.0 that needs to be Updated,
    the best way to do it with the problem you are having
    is to DOWNLOAD a NEW 5.0 from the web site that will be
    the NEWEST UPDATED version and you will not have any more problems.

    If you have a better way and think you know better,
    you can do what you want and I will not bother you any longer.

    Já estou usando 2 anos esse mesmo app, e acabei de baixar e atualizar pela 5 vez, ou seja, pelo que percebi te informei os prints via anexo do meu problema e o que vc está me mandando fazer eu ja fiz várias vezes, estou a mais de 4 horas tentando acertar um problema que pelo que vejo é de vocês, pois minha licença é paga e não de teste, e no app me informou que tinha uma nova atualização e assim eu fiz, e pelo que percebi com tudo que te falei e enviei anexo, vc está no mesmo barco do que eu, sem uma solução, então eu agradeço por não poder ou ser capaz de me ajudar

    if you do not do what I tell you to do.

    It is not the software or the support person that
    has a problem, it is the user who does not follow
    directions on how to correct the issue he has....

    If Sparkbooth is unable to connect to the internet, you need to do
    the following
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-checklist
    Especially, make sure you can gone through all the Windows updates and
    install Internet Explorer 11
