Did you export the image and then attach it to the layout from the layout
    editor?
    See https://sparkbooth.com/en/layout-editor

It sounds like you have created a layout image with
photo frames that are not the correct size as the
photo boxes ... you need to make sure that the FRAMES
you are creating are set at the 3:2 aspect ratio.

    300px wide X 200px high is a 3:2 aspect ratio
    600px wide X 400px high is a 3:2 aspect ratio
...as long as the width and the height are divisible to 3:2
the Frame should be at the 3:2 aspect ratio and the photo box will fit

Well I used Photoshop so I’m thinking when I make The boxes and frame them
on there I need To maybe make it transparent? Can I send A video ? Is there
    anyway

I have found that the best way to create a FRAME
is to start with an actual photo (4X6 = 3:4 aspect ratio)

In a photo viewer like IrfanView you can open a photo
that was saved from a photo booth session and RESIZE it
keeping the Aspect Ratio and reduce only the width or the height
and the other will be auto reduced for the correct size.
I have created a video showing how I make the frame
the correct Aspect Ration using IrfanView to resize a photo...
    see attached

Sounds great joe, do you have a video where you actually create a frame? I
think that’ll be helpful to... appreciate everything.

First... when you purchased your photo booth
it already had the Sparkbooth software included...
Was the company/person who sold you the booth
one of our Authorized Resellers of the Sparkbooth software?
You can check to see if they used your email for the Registered owner
of the license in the Settings (Ctrl+1) > About page near the top it will show
the email of the Registered Email... if it is not YOUR email
you need to contact the company/person and have them
purchase a NEW license Registered to YOUR email.
This is for your security to protect your license
so that you are the only one who has full control

I can explain the reason when we do our first Skype meeting

RE: Skype... yes, you can download Skype on the photo booth computer

RE: installing Skype on your PC or the booth
either one would be fine. If we Skype in your PC,
you can have the booth open so you can also be doing what I show you.

Let me know what time you want to Skype.
    I am here to help
