It sounds like you have created a layout image with
photo frames that are not the correct size as the
photo boxes ... you need to make sure that the FRAMES
you are creating are set at the 3:2 aspect ratio.
300px wide X 200px high is a 3:2 aspect ratio
600px wide X 400px high is a 3:2 aspect ratio
...as long as the width and the height are divisible to 3:2
the Frame should be at the 3:2 aspect ratio and the photo box will fit

I have found that the best way to create a FRAME
is to start with an actual photo (4X6 = 3:4 aspect ratio)
In a photo viewer like IrfanView you can open a photo
that was saved from a photo booth session and RESIZE it
keeping the Aspect Ratio and reduce only the width or the height
and the other will be auto reduced for the correct size.
I have created a video showing how I make the frame
the correct Aspect Ration using IrfanView to resize a photo...

First... when you purchased your photo booth
it already had the Sparkbooth software included...
Was the company/person who sold you the booth
one of our Authorized Resellers of the Sparkbooth software?
You can check to see if they used your email for the Registered owner
of the license in the Settings (Ctrl+1) > About page near the top it will show
the email of the Registered Email... if it is not YOUR email
you need to contact the company/person and have them
purchase a NEW license Registered to YOUR email. This is for your security to protect your license
so that you are the only one who has full control
I can explain the reason when we do our first Skype meeting
RE: Skype... yes, you can download Skype on the photo booth computer
I do not recall what set up you have and not sure why you are having a lag??
(been helping many people and don't know/recall your set up)
We should Skype tomorrow and I can help you
get this set for your event on the 29th.
How does 3pm ET .... (I think you are PT - 3 hours earlier)
