fixed, you need to select the photo proportion when you create the layout.

Johntag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/481572592020-03-14T22:05:04Z2020-03-14T22:05:04ZEnlarge photos

Diego,

Regarding your first issue...
The example you show has all the photo boxes the same size
not sure what you are asking... when people are in from of your camera
they must be seen on screen to be in the photo(s)

It would not matter what size photo box(s) you use
(Square - Wide - Portrait) the guest/users need to see their self
on screen in order to be in the photo.

Regarding what you have in your second issue
You are using the Square photo boxes in your layout that is a portrait (up and down)
style layout and the largest size photo (using 3 photo boxes) is only going to be
2 inches high X 2 inches tall - the height of your layout is only 6 inches tall

We should do a Skype call (English only) and I can 'Esplain it all to you and show you how it works
Skype is free to use computer to computer at www.skype.com and you will need to add me
to the Contacts using my email ccuvideo@gmail.com and send me a Contact Request in Skype.

Joe Connell
