trying to send a proof to client.
when I click on the eyeball after creating the template it closes me out of sparksbooth.
Tried coming out of the program and going back in with the template same result.
Opened with a new template and it says can't render..close out of program. did and repopened with same template...same result.
Can someone let me know how to fic so I can send proofs tomorrow?

Can you go to Settings > About and click "Request Support"? Or hold down
ctrl-shift-9 on the main screen to send your log?
And export the layout and include it here.

Call me in Skype and we can get this figured out.
I am sure it is something simple
Most likely a background image or an add image
in the layout that is TOO LARGE and causing this issue.
