    That printer only prints for
    Paper Sizes
    4 x 6, 5 x 7, 8 x 10, Letter, Legal, U.S. #10 envelopes

It does not CUT for 2X6 double strips

You should use the 4X6 paper size and
create a double strip style layout like this
    [see attached]
You will have to manually CUT the 4X6 photo to the 2X6 strips because your printer does not cut 2X6 prints.

You need to READ the information on the Printer Margin Set up here
    http://help.sparkbooth.com/kb/printing/adjusting-print-margins
to adjust your Prints for proper margins

Start with all margins set to 0 (zero) and print a TEST print and attaché the print out here (you can use your cell phone camera to capture the printed TEST print or scan it and attach the sample here. We can then help you set your margins correctly.

The TEST print will look like this [see attached]

Your printer will not Print 5cm X 15cm paper
    your printer will use the 10cm X 15cm = 4inch X 6inch paper
it will need the 4inch X 5inch paper size
and create the 4X6 double strip layout that I sent in my last reply

You need to set the Margins in the software Settings > Printing

Start with all the margins set at "0"
Do a TEST print and attach a picture of it here
from a cell phone or scan it and attach it

We can the give you numbers to place in the Margins
to get it set perfectly. This will take a few TEST prints
after each time we provide you margin numbers to get it set.

    Try setting the padding to Top = 0, left = 0, right = 12, bottom = 22 (see
attached screenshot) and then do another test print and include a scan of
    it here.

    prints.

In order for us to help you set the margins correctly, you need to use the correct proper 4X6 paper so we can see and tell you what margin adjustments need adjusting. If you use the wrong size, we can not see to tell you the next margin adjustment

Please do another session print out using the 4X6 paper.

You need to do the print to 4 x 6 paper size. The padding settings are set
    to that sized paper.

Hola son correctos los márgenes ? Parece que está hacia la derecha un poquito el centrado ...
    Top:0
    Left :1
    Right :10
    Botton : 20

    Almost. Try top = 0, left = 0, right = 10, bottom = 18.

You need to judge the centering of the image on the X, not where the ruler
/ scale since that is not necessarily the center.

Select one of the "Duplicate" strip layouts in Sparkbooth. Or create your
    own using the layout editor.
