I have a Hiti 527 printer, windows and PB both are set to 5X7 paper, but I can't find any preset layouts for 5X7 only 4X6. What do I have to do to get the p remade 5X7 layouts?

All the premade layouts are set for the normal 4X6 photo booth format.

You can (In Premium and DSLR versions) create
a custom layout using many different size papers including 5X7.

What version of the software do you have?

I think it is the premium version. I thought in the trial version there were 5X7 layouts?

Yes, you have a Premium license. The trail has all the premium features
    enabled.

The built in layouts are all 4X6 size in all versions
But you can create your own NEW layout in the
layout editor and select the size paper you are going to use
during creating the New layout - see attached
