Next issue. Im Printing 2x6 prints. Sometimes I want to print two strips
only, if there are only two guests taking a photo. But it seems to always
doubles. 4 strips

Also when I go to re-print photos it’s only giving me the option to print
in even numbers
33 Posted by Stephen Saccent... on 24 Aug, 2018 10:15 PM
With these settings, it’s printing 4 copies, when I only want 2
Support Staff 34 Posted by John Wu on 24 Aug, 2018 10:24 PM
You have the print prompt set to only allow even number of prints. Change
it back to "Default". See attached screenshot.

Or change it to "Display Doubled Copies", so on the print prompt screen if
they select 2 copies - it will print 1 copy that is split.

I changed it to “default” and when I select “2” prints, 4 come out
37 Posted by Stephen Saccent... on 24 Aug, 2018 10:33 PM
Neither work, maybe it’s a setting in my printer driver? What time can I
get support until?
38 Posted by Stephen Saccent... on 24 Aug, 2018 10:35 PM
It’s defaulting with “4” prints. I would like it to default with “2” only

Ok I finally figured it out, I’m ok now
Support Staff 40 Posted by John Wu on 24 Aug, 2018 10:45 PM
I assume you are doing a split print? If that is the case, 1 copy in
Sparkbooth mean 1 print out that is then split into 2 strips. So you want
to set the print copies to 1.
When you have the print prompt set to "Display Doubled Copies", it takes
the print copies that the guest enters (say 4) and divides it by 2 to get
the copies to print out (so 4 becomes 2 print outs).
A print out is not the same as a split copy. 1 print out equals to 2 strips.

Hi again, I’m having a problem with the colors that are being printed
Support Staff 43 Posted by Jorge Oliva on 26 Oct, 2019 03:01 PM
Open the saved folder if the pictures look good then the issue is your printer
44 Posted by LI Mobile Parti... on 26 Oct, 2019 03:04 PM
It looks good in the saved folder. I’ve had this problem in the past and
the fix was to select the windows viewer in the printing option. But it’s
not working for me now.
Support Staff 45 Posted by Jorge Oliva on 26 Oct, 2019 03:09 PM
Remember spark booth only sends the command to the printer to print its the printer's job to print it. when you mention window viewer that option is only if you're having a problem sending the print command to the printer we are 100% sure your problem is in the printer. but mayyyyyybbe am wrong ill let john or joe or Rob to jump into this so be patient.

Ok
Support Staff 47 Posted by John Wu on 26 Oct, 2019 03:21 PM
Can you be more specific? What is happening with the colors? Also please
include a screenshot or example so we can see.

If you are experiencing issues with wrong/faded colours while using DNP printers, there's an official ICC Color Profile That you can download.
download the current ICC profiles here:
http://www.dnpphoto.com/Portals/0/Resources/Updated%20ICM's%202_2014.zip
Download and unzip
Right click the DNP Printer and click INSTALL PROFILE
go to DEVICES AND PRINTERS
Right click on the specific printer
click printer properties
go to the color management tab
Click the color management box once in the tab
Once in the new tab click the correct printer from the drop down
Check the checkbox that says USE MY SETTINGS FOR THIS DEVICE
Than click the add button and choose from the list the " IMSA_RX1_2014-02-28_BL (ushi)
Once you add that, click on the old color driver and click remove.
click close and apply.
