size
and the area where your photo will be is also not correct.

I have corrected the image size and photo cut out size and
saved it as a PNG so it is transparent.
I also save the layout in the SBL file that you can Import into
your
Photo Layout Editor and it is ready to use.
{see attached}
If you have any questions, let me know

Thank you very much for your help, it´s true is
working!
If you don´t mind please explain to me what you done.
I think the PNG file i understand, its because of transparente, and
SBL

Thanks
(Exported) so that you can Import (load) into the Photo Layout
screen. There is an icon that looks like a Folder to Import the
layout and there is were you will load it to your computer to use
it.

What I did was re-size the original graphic background image to
the proper size of 1800x1200 pixels and I resized the cutout window
to a 4X6 ration size for the photo to appear. Then I saved it as a
PNG making the photo window transparent.

Do you understand how the SBL file is now used?

Joe Connelltag:help.sparkbooth.com,2010-04-06:Comment/372704492015-07-07T21:14:19Z2015-07-07T21:14:19ZLayout

Hello Joe,

I had done one event with last background that you sent and was
very nice.
Now i have one client with a new background in ( attachment), I
think the
size is the correct and extension. I have some doubts about the sbl
file
is where the picture is put.
We might be better arrange one day an one hour to help me by team
viewer .

Thanks
my Skype user name is ccuvideo
send a Contact Request in Skype and we can connect

That background/overlay COULD work but using Square photo
boxes
We can work on it together in Skype when we connect.
